In some areas, flooded roads could limit access, and a small number of properties may see water approaching homes. The City of Clarence Rockland has set up three sandbag filling locations to assist residents who need them: Voisine Road – near the road entrance Pago Road – vacant lot near civic number 450 Wilson Road – vacant lot near civic number 243
Starting Monday, March 9, 2026, seasonal load restrictions will be in effect to protect municipal roads during the spring thaw. Vehicles exceeding posted half-load limits require a permit, and fines may apply if one is not obtained.

These user fees are in effect as of January 1, 2026 until the by-law is repealed or amended.
Corporate services user fees, including commissioner of oath services, death registrations, lottery licensing, marriage licence applications, MFIPPA requests, and agenda packages.
File search, plan review, inspections (including on‑site and accreditation), training and education services, permits, emergency response and standby services, alarm responses, cost recovery, and other applicable fees
Planning and engineering user fees (official plan and zoning amendments, site plan and subdivision matters, committee of adjustment, and related services).
Water user fees, including annual and consumption charges, non‑metered services, connections, account and meter services, inspections, turn‑on/turn‑off services, and related administrative fees.
