The Purchasing Division of our Finance Department is responsible for the procurement of goods, services, and construction for the City.

Their functions include:

  • Providing fair, open, and transparent bidding opportunities for contractors and suppliers;
  • Acquiring goods and services as economically as possible while maintaining quality, price, and timely delivery;
  • Operating in accordance with the Corporation’s core values and in an ethical, professional, and responsible manner.
