Fitness 55+
This program is designed for senior community members with diverse fitness levels, aiming to enhance cardiovascular performance, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functionality in daily activities. All exercises will be expertly instructed, offering adaptations and personalized options to meet individual needs.
Ages: 55+
Location: Clarence-Rockland Arena 8710 County Road 17
Dates: Tuesdays, September 23 to December 9, 2025
Time: TWO GROUPS – 9:00am to 10:00am OR 10:30am to 11:30am.
Cost: $180+hst/12 weeks
Adult Arts Circle - Creative Unwind - 18+
This program isn’t just about making art; it’s about making friends and memories. At Creative Unwind, every brushstroke and craft project is an opportunity to disconnect with the whirlwind of daily routines and responsibility and re-connect through artistic discovery and play.

Hockey Programs for Women
Women's Hockey - Development / Warm Up
This program is for women who would like to develop their hockey skills, or shake off the summer rust in a fun, inviting atmosphere. Beginners are welcome!
Ages: 18+
Location: Clarence Creek Arena, 418 Lemay Street, Clarence Creek
Dates: Wednesdays, September 17 to October 22, 2025
Time: 9:00pm
Cost: $165+hst/6 weeks
Women’s Recreational Organized Pick Up Hockey
This organized shinny hockey is for Recreational/Beginner level skaters who have played at least some hockey and can hold their own in a game situation, and players who prefer a more relaxed evening of hockey.
Ages: 18+
Location: Clarence Creek Arena, 418 Lemay Street, Clarence Creek
Dates: Wednesdays, October 29, 2025 to March 25, 2026.
Time: 9:00pm
Cost: PLAYERS - $360+hst/18 weeks, GOALIES - $180+hst
Women's Hockey - Competitive Pick up
Competitive OPEN - intended for women who have played BB or higher and are looking for fast-paced, higher intensity gameplay.
Ages: 18+

Dates: Mondays, September 15, 2025 to March 23, 2026.
Time: 9:15pm
Cost: PLAYERS - $415+hst/24 weeks, GOALIES - $210+hst

Adult Recreational Hockey League
The Spring-Summer Adult Recreational Hockey League is an evening league that gives participants the chance to play the game with friends in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
Thursdays from May 1 to August 28
Time: 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
$425 + HST
