The City of Clarence-Rockland's water and sewer systems include a plant for the treatment and distribution of drinking water, as well as a sewage treatment basin and a sewage disposal site for the treatment of wastewater. Our water and sewer systems are managed by the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
There are 4 water and sewer billings per year. These bills are due on the last days of January, April, July and October.
How to order a Water & Sewer Certificate
If you would like to order a water and sewer certificate, please send your request to waterbilling@clarence-rockland.com. Payment of $74 can be made by cheque payable to the City of Clarence-Rockland, 1560 Laurier St, Rockland, ON, K4K 1P7.
