Property Taxes
Property taxes are the municipality's main source of revenue and are used to finance the many services provided to the City of Clarence-Rockland.
There are 2 tax billings per year:
- An interim invoice in 2 instalments due on the last business day in February and April.
- A final invoice in 2 instalments due on the last business day in June and August of each year.

According to Canada Post policy, mail cannot be delivered without the correct address. Be sure to verify your mailing address and advise us of any changes in order to receive your property tax bill and avoid interest charges for late payment.
