Full-Time Position Work locationCity of Clarence-Rockland Position summaryReporting to the Division Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for all operational activities of the division. He/she plans all tasks and sees to the daily operation. He/she designs, develops, and reviews processes, methods, procedures and recommends measures to improve and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities for which he/she is responsible and ensures that they are implemented and respected. Develops and maintains partnerships with various stakeholders in other municipal departments. He/she supports the Manager in the annual preparation of budgets by evaluating human and material resource needs and submitting proposals for changes. He/she supervises the employees assigned to his or her division, including providing leadership, motivation, setting performance standards, monitoring qualitative and quantitative performance, attendance, punctuality, and discipline, and recommending actions to be taken to ensure performance.

Financial Analyst - Asset Management |

Joint Compliance Audit Committee for the 2022 Municipal Elections |
Municipalities located within the United Counties of Prescott and Russell are recruiting experienced professionals for appointment to their 2022 Municipal Elections Joint Compliance Audit Committee. The Committee is independent of the municipalities and is required by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 to consider applications requesting audits of candidates' campaign finances. Committees may be required to appoint auditors and determine if legal proceedings are required as a result of the auditors' reports.
