Accessibility

The City of Clarence-Rockland is a community that recognizes that people are its most valuable asset. We create opportunities for everyone to enjoy our city and contribute as productive citizens.

We will work to prevent and remove barriers for persons with disabilities on municipal properties and services. We will also raise awareness and educate the public and private sectors about the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

The City of Clarence-Rockland is proud to offer the population two playgrounds that offer inclusive experiences: the structures at Dalrymple Park in Rockland and Hammond Park. In recent years, the municipality has also built accessible trails in several of its parks.
