Water levels are still rising, which is causing flooding in low lying roads, parkland, and nearby properties. In some areas, flooded roads could limit access, and a small number of properties may see water approaching homes. Interested in ringette? The fastest game on ice! Our next Come Try Ringette event will take place on July 31st from 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm @ the Clarence-Rockland Arena. This event will be open to participants of all skill levels, ages 4 to 15.
What do I need for Come Try Ringette? Skates, Ice Skating Helmet with cage, winter mitts or gloves. Other protective equipment is nice to have, as it can lessen the impact of a fall, but is not necessary. (no bicycle helmets permitted)
What does Come Try Ringette look like? Participants are led through various games and activities. There will be plenty of on-ice helpers to assist those who are learning to skate, and others to playfully challenge those who want more.
