Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Municipal and Recreational Facilities, the Key Agent will open and close doors for tenants of the Optimist Performance Hall and other community halls. The Key Agent will interact with clients renting the hall, making sure to respond to their various requests. In addition, the Key Agent must perform certain housekeeping tasks before and after use of the hall.
Requirements
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Must have good interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to communicate in both official languages (written and oral).
· Must have a flexible schedule and be available evenings and weekends.
Salary
$19.03 to $23.88 according to the salary scale for part-time employees.
