Request to Dispute a Ticket

Requests to dispute a ticket issued by the City of Clarence-Rockland are reviewed by the Parking Review Committee. A request for reconsideration must be submitted within 15 days and no later than 30 days after the date the ticket was issued.

Requests will not be considered or reviewed for vehicles that:

• Were blocking vehicle or pedestrian traffic; or
• Were parked in a no-parking zone; or
• Were parked in a safety hazard zone (fire lanes, hospitals, etc.)
