Public Works (after hours)

For urgent issues related to roads, water, or sewer infrastructure outside of regular business hours, please call the Public Works after-hours line. This includes emergencies such as water main breaks, sewer backups, or hazardous road conditions.

Non-urgent requests can be submitted anytime through our bciti+ Citizen Portal and will be addressed during regular hours.
