The City of Clarence-Rockland Client Services Centre will be closed on Thursday, September 24, 2026 for employee professional development.
This professional growth opportunity will help staff strengthen the high level of customer service residents receive every day. Team members will build on their expertise and explore additional approaches for handling challenging situations and resolving concerns while continuing to provide excellent service to residents.
During the closure, residents are encouraged to use the online services available through the City’s website.
The Client Services Centre will reopen on September 25, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
