Please take notice that a public meeting will be held to present and obtain public input on proposed amendments to the Building By-law and associated Building Permit Fee Schedule.

July 8, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 415 Lemay Street, Clarence Creek.

Public Participation
Any person may attend the public meeting and provide written or verbal comments either in support of or in opposition to the proposed by-law. Written submissions are invited and should be directed to the Clerk by email at administration@clarence-rockland.com no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2026. Written comments received prior to the meeting and submissions made at the public meeting will be considered by Council prior to the enactment of the by-law which will occur at a subsequent council meeting.
Availability of Documents
The draft Building By-law and supporting materials outlining the changes and the rationale for the changes will be available for review on the City’s Website at www.clarence-rockland.com on June 17, 2026.
