Access to Information

Please submit the Access to Information Request Form duly completed and signed, along with the applicable application fee of $5.00 payable to the City of Clarence-Rockland.

• The form can be accessed online or obtained as a paper copy at the Client Services Centre.
• If submitted online, payment can be made through our online payment platform.
• If submitted in person, payment is accepted at City Hall by cash, debit, or cheque.

• $5.00 per application (each application submitted must be accompanied by this fee);
• $7.50 per 15 minutes of research and file preparation;
• $0.20 per page for regular size photocopies;
• Other fees may apply depending on the nature of the application.

A fee estimate will be given to the applicant if the anticipated fee exceeds $25.00. If this fee exceeds $100.00 a deposit of 50% of the estimated fee may be required from the applicant.
