Request a Birthday or Birth Certificate

If you are celebrating a special occasion, you can request the City to issue a certificate on behalf of the Mayor and Council members.

Special occasions may include, but are not limited to: birthdays or wedding anniversaries, retirements, volunteer recognition, and official business openings.
