Starting January 1, all residential waste collection notifications will move from ReCollect to the bciti+ app.
This transition allows the City of Clarence-Rockland to offer residents a more modern, reliable, and centralized platform for waste collection reminders and other important municipal information.
Why bciti+?
bciti+ brings multiple City services together in one easy-to-use app. In addition to waste collection reminders, residents can:
- Receive personalized collection alerts based on their address
- Stay informed about City news, events, and service updates
- Report issues such as missed collections directly through the app
- Receive important notifications, including service interruptions and emergency alerts
What You Need to Do
ReCollect will be phased out on January 1. To continue receiving waste collection reminders, residents are encouraged to download bciti+ and create an account.

Paper Collection Calendars
If you prefer a paper version, printed waste collection calendars are now available for pickup at City Hall, or the PDF version can be downloaded to print at home.
