Overview

The City of Clarence-Rockland is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) to community groups and businesses interested in providing bar service concession operations for the Clarence-Rockland Festival & Canada Day celebrations, taking place from July 1–4, 2026.

Facility Location: 

1450 Du Parc Avenue, Rockland ON

Objective:

To coordinate, operate, and manage all aspects of bar service during the Clarence‑Rockland Festival and Canada Day celebrations. This includes the full scope of responsibilities related to planning, setup, staffing, daily operations, supervision, and the sale of alcoholic beverages, in accordance with all applicable municipal bylaws and provincial regulations.

Facility Background

Activities: The 2026 Clarence-Rockland Festival is scheduled from July 1st to the 4th, 2026 in Rockland's Simon Park. The free 4-day community festival offers multi-generational and bilingual programming that includes the Canada Day celebration, a DJ Fest, a French stand-up comedy show, a kid’s zone, other entertainment, and much more.

Attendance: Approximately 10,000 to 15,000 festivalgoers attend the annual event.

Registration Instructions

Registration is mandatory for proponents wishing to receive any subsequent updates, addenda, or clarifications issued regarding this EOI.
