Ice Allocation

This policy establishes the rules and priorities for the allocation and rental of indoor ice facilities managed by the City of Clarence-Rockland. It defines eligibility requirements for user groups, establishes priority access to prime-time and non-prime-time ice, outlines the methodology used to allocate ice time, and sets out the requirements for applications, appeals, rental rates, cancellations, insurance, special events, and school board access to ensure a fair, transparent, and equitable distribution of municipal ice resources.
