The City of Clarence-Rockland will provide water to residents who formally request this service.
Water Pickup Location and Hours
📍 Clarence Creek Arena Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Residents must bring their own containers to be filled with water.
How to Request Water
- Call our Client Services Centre at 613-446-6022 during business hours
(Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). - Tell our agent the approximate time you plan to go to the arena to get water.
- Meet our operator inside the arena at the scheduled time.
- Follow the operator’s instructions when you arrive.
The City is offering free municipal water to residents affected by drought conditions. Although this water comes from the municipal system, it is intended for non-drinking purposes only.
