Subject: Request for an Exemption from the Annual Repayment Limit
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) will conduct a Case Management Conference by Video Conference on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the matter of an application for an Exemption from the Annual Repayment Limit Impact for the Construction of a New Police Station, under subsection 401 (4) (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25.
