The Optimiste Performance Hall, a partnership between the Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien, the City of Clarence-Rockland and the Rockland Optimist Club, was inaugurated on November 13, 2009.

Since its opening, renowned artists such as Patrick Groulx, Marie Mai, Éric Lapointe, Dominic and Martin, Mario Jean and many others have performed on the stage of the Optimist Performance Hall.

The Optimiste Performance Hall is the ideal place for local, semi-professional and professional productions.

The performance hall includes:

  • 500 seats with retractable seating;
  • A large stage;
  • Sound and light equipment for a memorable experience;
  • A dressing room/preparation room;
  • Projector and retractable screen;
  • CD/DVD players.

The rental fees for the Optimiste Performance Hall can be found in the User Fee By-Law, 2023-10, Schedule J.

The rental fees do not include the technician services.
