Canada Post Service Disruption

Canada Post is currently experiencing a service disruption, which may result in delays in mail delivery—including your water and sewer bill. To ensure timely access, we encourage residents to use the online billing portal.

Water & Sewer Billing Now Available Online

You can now access your water and sewer bill online using your account number and PIN that was mailed to you in June.

Important Note:

Please disregard any information suggesting your account number has been shortened. There has been no change—your 17-digit account number remains valid and does not need to be updated with your financial institution. While your bill may display a 14-digit version, continue using the full 17-digit number until further notice.

Due to ongoing Canada Post labour disruptions, we encourage all residents to use the online portal for timely access to billing information.
