Children Hockey Development Programs

This program is offered in partnership with the Rockland Nationals Junior A Hockey Team. 
On-Ice Instruction is led by Nationals' Head Coach Justin Pereira, with Marc-André Proulx of MAP Coaching, and supported by Rockland Nationals Jr. A Players!

This inclusive program is designed to accommodate a variety of skill levels. Our bilingual sessions improve skills by teaching proper power skating technique, puck control, passing and receiving. The adaptable drills allow new players to improve their game or give them the confidence to join a league; while also giving seasoned players the chance to enhance their on-ice performance. Players are divided into drill groups based on caliber, and sessions are taught in an upbeat and supportive manner, allowing participants to foster their game in a positive environment. 

A program for:

• Players new to hockey, as well as first-year house league players; and

• accomplished players looking for additional practice time with an emphasis on individual skill development

*All players must be able to skate on their own to participate in this program.

Minimum of 15 / Maximum of 30
