  • Pound Fit is a cardio workout that combines drumming with various fitness movements to create a high-energy, full-body experience and good music!

• 3-4 pm: Hiit Class (with Snap Fitness)
  • High-Intensity Interval Training: requires the participant to perform quick, intense bursts of exercice, followed by shot and active recovery periods.
