Notice Regarding Fees
In accordance with Section 17 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), a non-refundable application fee of $5.00 is required to process your request. This fee must accompany your request form.
Please be advised that additional fees may apply if records are located and prepared for disclosure. These additional fees may include, but are not limited to:
- $7.50 for every 15 minutes spent searching for, retrieving, and preparing records for disclosure.
- $0.20 per page for photocopying records.
- $6.00 for each large-format plan, blueprint, or map provided. This fee applies to documents that are printed on sizes larger than standard letter or legal paper (e.g., architectural, engineering, or site plans).
- Other costs as prescribed by the regulations under MFIPPA.
You will be notified in advance if additional fees are applicable, and no records will be released until the applicable fees have been paid.
Privacy Notice
The personal information requested on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). It is collected solely for the purpose of processing and responding to your Freedom of Information request submitted to this municipal institution.
This information will be used only by authorized municipal staff and may be disclosed as necessary to administer MFIPPA, including to third parties if required to locate or clarify records responsive to your request.
