CLARENCE-ROCKLAND – September 2, 2020 – The City of Clarence-Rockland’s Client Service Centre will welcome residents without appointments as of 8:30 am on Tuesday, September 8th. The issuance of marriage licences will continue to be by appointment only, as was already the practice before the start of the pandemic.
Please note that for everyone’s safety, only one resident will be permitted in the Client Service Centre lobby at a time. Other members of the public wanting services will have to line up outside. Services continue to be available online and by appointment.
The construction service counter will also be open without an appointment, but strictly for the purpose of submitting and picking up forms. Client Services will continue to process payments for construction permits. Appointments will continue to be required in order to meet with all other municipal employees.
