City Hall reopens to the public by appointment only

CLARENCE-ROCKLAND – August 10, 2020 – City Hall will reopen to offer in person services as of Tuesday, August 11, 2020. In order to avoid long waiting lines and to ensure physical distancing, services will be offered by appointment only. It is important to note that municipal services are still available by email, phone and online.
How to schedule an appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call 613-446-6022 x 0 and leave a message. You may also send an email through our Contact Us form located at the top of our website at www.clarence-rockland.com. Your message should include your name, telephone number and the reason for your requested visit.
A municipal representative will contact you within two business days to schedule the appointment.
What to expect when you arrive at City Hall
When arriving at City Hall, please follow the signage that leads to the designated public entrance and wait at the door where you will be greeted by a municipal representative.
Visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering inside City Hall, as per the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s directive, and to disinfect their hands upon entry. They will also be requested to sign a visitor registry and attest that they are COVID-19 symptom free.
For everyone’s safety, all areas including counters, tabletops, chair arms, doorknobs, etc. will be disinfected after each appointment.
Please note that for everyone’s safety, City Hall doors will be locked and municipal employees will not meet residents that present themselves without an appointment.
