The Optimiste Performance Hall, in partnership with the "Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien", the City of Clarence-Rockland and the Rockland Optimiste Club was inaugurated on November 13, 2009. It is the perfect place to watch local, semi-professional and professional productions. The hall has 500 seats, a large stage and sound and lighting equipment at the cutting edge of technology to provide a memorable experience.
Since its opening, lots of shows were presented on stage of the Optimiste Performance Hall by renowned artists such as, Pete Paquette, Elvis Tribute Artist, Marie-Mai and Eric Lapointe. Several times a year, the City of Clarence-Rockland presents family movies. Also, this hall is available for rentals by artists, schools and nonprofit organizations.
