Boat ramps and docks are located Du Moulin Park in Rockland. The docks are installed in the spring when the river level is at the right height. In order to ensure the safety of all, we ask users to respect the following rules:

  • Swimming, diving, and fishing from the docks are prohibited.
  • No boat storage.
  • A parking pass is required for all vehicles with trailers.
  • Parking can accommodate approximately 70 vehicles with trailers. Once the maximum capacity is reached, users will be required to park off the property.
  • Mooring a boat at night is prohibited.
  • Boats cannot be moored for long periods of time. The time limit is 15 minutes.
  • Please share the waterway with human-powered boats (canoe, kayak, paddle board, etc.).
  • Respect the navigation rules and navigate at a reasonable speed.
  • Under no circumstances will the City assume any civil liability attributable to users.

Boat Ramp Parking Passes

As of July 10, 2023, a parking pass is required for all vehicles with trailers parked at Du Moulin Park.

  • Seasonal Passes are available for purchase at City Hall (1560 Laurier Street) from Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Proof of residency is required when purchasing the "Resident" rate. Driver's license or photo ID accompanied by a tax / water bill or rental agreement.
  • Daily passes are available at Du Moulin Park Pay Station.
