March Break Camps

Our March Break Camps are designed to provide a structured, yet still flexible atmosphere for kids to be active, social and have fun during their winter break.
Hockey Camp – Offered in Partnership with MAP Coaching |
Date: March 13-17, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cost: $345 per child Location: Clarence-Rockland Arena Age: Offered to players of all levels aged 5 to 12 years With two on-ice practices daily led by experienced hockey coach, Marc-André Proulx, participants will have the opportunity to develop and hone their hockey skills. Players are encouraged to set their own goals and work towards them. Drill groups will be divided by age and caliber on the first day and adjusted as needed as the week progresses. The daily programming will also include team building activities, active games, outdoor time and special enrichment blocks with Coach Proulx.

Ringette Camp – Offered in Partnership with The Clarence-Rockland Ringette Association |
Date: March 13-17, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cost: $345 per child Location: Clarence-Rockland Arena Age: Offered to players of all levels aged 5 to 12 years With two on-ice practices daily led by experienced ringette coaches from the Clarence Rockland Ringette association, participants will have the opportunity to develop and hone their ringuette skills. Players are encouraged to set their own goals and work towards them. Drill groups will be divided by age and caliber on the first day and adjusted as needed as the week progresses. The daily programming will also include team building activities, active games, outdoor time and more.

Arts & Sciences |
March 13-17, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cost: $345 per child Location: École secondaire catholique L'Escale Age: 5 to 12 years This camp is an opportunity for kids to dive into their creative energy and inquisitive spirit, exploring three dynamic workshops by Ottawa Mad Science and Arts & Crafts blocks. Other exciting activities planned include a magic show and Pokémon Party offered in partnership with the Clarence-Rockland Public Library!
Daily programming will also include active play in the gym and outdoor time. We are pleased to announce that this week’s programming will be facilitated by Shanna Steals, a local an artist who has been teaching visual arts to children, teenagers and adults for twenty years community settings and as a guest artist in schools. A professional artist and dedicated educator, she is passionate about helping people discover their creativity and help them express their unique voice through various mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking and textiles.
