CLARENCE - ROCKLAND – April 21st, 2015 – Helen Collier was confirmed Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Clarence-Rockland at the Municipal Council meeting, held on April 20th.
Mrs. Collier has a good knowledge of the different facets of managing the City of Clarence-Rockland as she held the position of Acting Chief Administrative Officer since March 2014. Previously, she held at the City the position of Acting Deputy Treasurer as well as being responsible for the Development Charges and Asset Management projects.
“On behalf of the Municipal Council, the staff and the residents of the City of Clarence-Rockland, I want to officially welcome Mrs. Collier, who has been doing an outstanding job as Acting Chief Administrative Officer position for over a year now. Helen Collier has a B.A., Honors in Public Administration from Carleton University as well as a Masters Certificate in Municipal Management from the Schulich School of Business of York University. She spent much of her career with the City of Ottawa in various financial management positions
